At Pinoy Media Production, we aim to provide exceptional media services and ensure client satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. Service-Based Refunds

  • Refunds are not applicable for completed services such as photography, videography, editing, or event coverage.
  • If you wish to cancel a service that has not yet started, you may request a refund at least 7 days before the scheduled event. A 10% processing fee will be deducted from the total amount.

2. Deposits

  • All deposits made to secure bookings are non-refundable.
  • Deposits can be transferred to another date or service if rescheduling is requested at least 7 days prior to the event.

3. Digital Products

  • Digital products (e.g., edited videos, photos) are non-refundable once delivered.

4. Subscription & Website Services

  • Monthly subscription fees for website services are non-refundable once billed.
  • If you wish to cancel your subscription, please notify us at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in cases of:

  • Service failure due to our fault.
  • Technical issues preventing delivery of promised services. Such cases will be reviewed individually, and approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
