- Website and subscription-based services. All services are subject to availability and prior booking confirmation.
3. Booking and Payment
- A deposit is required to confirm bookings. Deposits are non-refundable (see Refund Policy).
- Full payment must be made before or on the day of the event unless otherwise agreed.
- Subscription fees for website services are billed monthly and are non-refundable once processed.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate event details and requirements.
- Ensure timely communication for scheduling and changes.
- Obtain necessary permissions for photography/videography at venues.
5. Intellectual Property
- All media content produced by Pinoy Media Production remains our intellectual property until full payment is received.
- Clients may use delivered media for personal or agreed-upon purposes. Commercial use requires prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, technical failures).
- While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee that our website or services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
